Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Instagram Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Instagram tools and strategies, with a proven track record of driving engagement, growing followers, and generating leads. This role demands a hands-on approach to creating innovative content and leveraging all Instagram features to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Increase Instagram Followers:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve a 10X growth in Instagram followers.
• Monitor trends and implement best practices to attract a targeted audience.

1. Content Strategy and Creation:

• Build and manage a content calendar that showcases unique, creative, and competitive content.
• Craft visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, reels, and IGTV videos tailored to the brand's voice.
• Ensure the content strategy differentiates us from competitors and aligns with brand objectives.

1. Engagement and Interaction:

• Leverage Instagram features such as polls, Q&A, live videos, and stickers to foster engagement.
• Build meaningful interactions through prompt responses to comments and direct messages.
• Encourage community discussions to create a loyal and active follower base.

1. Organic Lead Generation:

• Design and execute strategies to generate organic leads through Instagram.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships to expand reach and acquire leads.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for better lead conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven expertise in Instagram marketing with a track record of measurable success.
• Strong understanding of Instagrams algorithms, tools, and features.
