Consulting Practice Manager

Minimum 15+ years of work IT experience in at least 2 of the following products s, Oracle Engagement Cloud, Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA), Oracle Subscription Management Cloud/Service Logistics Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Digital Customer Service, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA.

- Very strong lead who can Provide Functional/Technical/People Leadership
- Provide Solution for customizations/integration
- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
- Gather functional/technical requirements
- Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption.

Career Level - M3

Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice. Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Develops plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieves business plan. Is accountable for managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages individual contributors. May serve as advisor for moderately complex engagements.
