Job Description
This role will focus on testing AI-driven functionalities, ensuring model accuracy, performance, and compliance. Responsibilities include validating AI workflows, performing bias testing, and enhancing automation coverage for AI-powered features.
Qualifications:
- Experience in AI/ML testing and automation.
- Strong understanding of model validation, performance testing, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to write and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium tool.
- Strong in manual and automation testing skill set.
- Good exposure on REST/SOAP API testing
- Strong problem solving and debugging skill set.
- Good hands on Automation ,Configuration and Test Framework such as Selenium/GIT ALM/Jenkins etc
- Shall possess excellent verbal & communication skills.
- Should be strong in analysing use cases/requirements, developing and execution of Test Plans and participate in Test Coverage reviews ( with Peers/PM/Development).
- Work closely with development/product Management/Release testing & ops teams.
- To be Familiar with wide range of testing ( accessibility/JAWS. language, upgrade etc) for products domain.
- Proactive bug identification in development phase to avoid future regression in production phase.
- Shall work with peer teams and remote teams across time zones and shall be good team player.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal assistance
- Basic Knowledge of Unix and SQL commands is preferred.
