Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

An experienced consulting professional who is high on innovation, understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes and technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an assignment. ERP Cloud technical consultant with 12 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge covering the Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report cycles. knowledge of Cloud ERP Conversions, integrations, Reporting (OTBI & BIP) & Personalization - using tools like FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST) Hands on experience in PaaS, specifically, Oracle’s OIC, JCS, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, Storage Cloud Service as it relates to SaaS Applications In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies This is an Individual Contributor role.

1. Candidate should have hands-on experience in integrating and extending Oracle ERP Cloud
2. Experience (In-Depth Understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in Oracle ERP Cloud
3. Development experience in Integration and extensions using OIC, VBS, VBCS, Custom schema with PLSQL and/or SoA Gateway and XML
4. Experience of writing efficient and optimized code and understanding of performance tuning techniques.
5. Experience in conversions and Interfaces into and out of ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST)
6. Hands on experience in PaaS, specifically, Oracle’s OIC, JCS, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, Storage Cloud Service as it relates to SaaS Applications
7. In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies
8. Past experience on leading a technical team is highly desirable
9. Develop a roadmap for automation capability for Fusion Applications Implementations that will enhance delivery quality (Eg: Migration from OnPrem Apps, data migration etc)
10. Work closely with engineering teams to design solutions
11. Communicate Automation updates and get feedback from stakeholders (internal as well as partners and customers)
12. Validate Automation Solutions
13. Manage Automation Releases

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in , Engineering preferred
2. 12 to 15 years of experience in technology, automation, and development lifecycles
3. Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally.
4. Strong knowledge of automation technologies backed with certifications in AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
