Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, for ERP implementation or optimization projects.
• Define project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report project progress, managing risks and addressing issues proactively.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication among technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to project team members.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.

ERP Implementation and Optimization

• Oversee the selection, customization, integration, and deployment of ERP solutions.
• Ensure ERP configurations align with organizational processes and best practices.
• Drive data migration, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Budget and Resource Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage external partnerships effectively.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.

Change Management and Training

• Develop and execute change management plans to support user adoption of ERP solutions.
• Coordinate training programs for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
• Address resistance to change by engaging stakeholders and fostering collaboration.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all ERP projects adhere to regulatory requirements, data security, and company policies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and lessons learned.

• Should be having experience of implementing Oracle ERP Applications Unlimited
• Should have worked on the Support and Annuity customers
• 10+ years of industry experience in Oracle ERP
• Work experience in production support environment
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Supervise all system administration, design, maintenance, and data modification functions for applications at customer places such as:
  • Oversee the technical development process
  • Good knowledge of Integrations with other 3rd Party Systems
  • Support other ASE tech developers in new component development
  • Lead efforts in maintaining optimal system performance and functionality and develop implement improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness
  • Provide adequate communication to management on weekly basis for customers
  • Enhance and support automation activities utilizing existing technical capabilities
  • Assist and provide technical support on issues to team, to ensure proper root cause analysis and quick remediation
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on Peoplesoft as well and be the technical subject matter expert
• Willing to travel to the customer s locations within India
