India is still a 3rd world country sadly. And just to save your job, your family, you aged mom & dad you need to accept anything & everything that Americans does. Its a favour that they are doing by providing us job :) We need to provide our children with the best possible knowledge & above all a strong spine so that they do not have to go through the same situation when they grow up.
