We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer 3 to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, efficient, and secure microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Architecture and Design
Design and implement scalable and efficient microservices architecture for enterprise applications. Develop Springboot based Microservices and ensure seamless integration with external systems. Advocate for and implement best practices in distributed system design, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication, and eventual consistency.
Development and Deployment
Lead the development of microservices using languages such as Springboot, Java, Python, Go, or Node.js. Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Deploy, monitor, and manage microservices on cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Team Collaboration
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product management, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Performance and Scalability
Conduct performance testing and optimization of microservices to ensure low latency and high availability. Design solutions with scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability in mind.
Security and Compliance
Ensure microservices adhere to security best practices, including secure API design and data protection. Stay updated on compliance requirements and implement them in the architecture.
Continuous Improvement
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in microservices and cloud computing.
