Job Description
- Direct customer facing experience with a SaaS or IaaS/PaaS production support roles (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in GitLab based application deployment into K8S clusters and Kubectl commands (CLI based execution)
- Prior experience in production MO (Monitoring Observability) tools usage, Log analysis, production incident management (Mandatory)
- Experience in performing Distributed Tracing of API executions using any of the industry standard API performance monitoring tools.
- Prior experience with working with on-prem/cloud-based core banking systems in the capacity of implementor / production support / cloud infra provisioning / system admin etc. (Nice to have)
- Prior experience with any of the Oracle GIU CFS SaaS support or any other roles in this area (Nice to have)
- Prior experience in core banking related performance monitoring /analysis and Data migration (Nice to have)
- Prior experience in any of the OCI based Oracle GIU / Fusion Apps SaaS AMS/Production support (Nice to have)
- Willingness to work in shifts (Three shifts)
