Job Description
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data sets, their sources, and structures.
- Be able to operate and transform data as required.
- Gather and document requirements, effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous review and validation processes.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilize data to identify the root cause of problems, providing actionable insights for the business.
- Collaborate closely with domain experts to define data quality standards and monitoring processes.
Candidate profile:
- Proficiency in developing Excel Macros to streamline and automate processes is a must.
- Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel, including basic and advanced formulas, as well as other MS Office applications.
- Experience in building informative and visually appealing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Manage and consolidate operational reporting from multiple large data sources.
- Transform raw data into valuable, actionable information for the business.
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs and effectively translate these into development requests.
- Knowledge of Selenium or SQL is an added advantage.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and systematic approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and work independently.
- Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Flexibility with shift timings, including night shifts, to accommodate business needs.
