Revenue Analyst 1-Fin

Ensures that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate and SEC standards. Provides direction to sales organization prior to contracts being concluded.

Candidate must possess:

Good inter-personal communication skills

Sound accounting knowledge

Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word PowerPoint).

Job duties may include: typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, process expense reports and other administrative tasks Researches and respond to internal or external inquiries; working closely with local subsidiaries finance staff. May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies. Assigned special projects as needed.

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from standard practice is needed. Normally receives detailed instructions for new assignments. Reading, writing and arithmetic skills needed. Familiarity with spreadsheet applications. 2 - 5 years of related experience.

As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account. Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries. Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.

Accounts Receivables team is primarily engaged in processing of all types of invoices, credit memo s, refunds, rebills, revenue accounting, reporting and its delivery to Oracles customers, on timely manner. The position is open for a Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable role.

Key Responsibilities- Candidate should manage activities of revenue team to ensure that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate policies. Manage and resolve internal customer inquiries, demonstrates ability to work independently and resolve problems, Lead conference calls with Lines of Business and other stake holders.
