- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Proven experience writing technical documentation, including manuals.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.
- Experience in creating video scripts and producing short technology help videos.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, online help articles, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Write compelling marketing content, such as website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Develop engaging scripts and produce short help videos that demonstrate the functionality of our applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Follow style guidelines and maintain consistency across all content.
- Actively study and apply industry-standard and company-mandated style guides.
