Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Sales Assistant. This dual-role position combines digital marketing expertise with sales support to enhance Optomechs customer outreach and market presence. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to handle diverse responsibilities, including customer engagement, tender handling, and marketing collateral management.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Optomechs products and services.
• Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Connect with new and existing customers on LinkedIn, invite them to follow the company page, and engage with them regularly to build brand loyalty.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, videos, and graphics to showcase Optomech’s expertise in machine vision and precision instruments.
• Manage and update the company website with product information, case studies, and industry insights.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns to ensure ROI.
• Run email marketing campaigns, maintain customer databases, and engage prospects through newsletters.

Sales Assistance:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, or video calls to address inquiries and provide product details.
• Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities, including filling and submitting tenders and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, webinars, and on-site visits with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on expanding into new markets and increasing revenue.

Administrative and Event Management:

• Maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, visiting cards, and other promotional materials.
• Oversee the organization of expos, including maintaining lists, managing entry processes, and following up with collected contacts and cards.
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for trade shows and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing or sales; experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ad Words, Mail chimp, etc.).
• Familiarity with GeM portal operations and tender processes.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for managing marketing materials and event logistics.
