Company is good cultured, well in manufacturing and developing new products, its a small scale industry stepping into new products and growth of company.

Dislikes

No appreciation, no proper increments, inspite of working hard finishing all responsibilities in time, handling full work load but no appreciation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
