Job Title
: Inside Sales Team Lead
Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ years in IT Sales (preferably in Software Testing Services)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Lead to spearhead new business initiatives and manage our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT sales, particularly in Software Testing Services, and will play a crucial role in identifying leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients requiring software testing services (QA, automation, performance testing, security testing, etc.).
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Utilize CRM tools for precise lead tracking and reporting.
  • Understand client challenges in software testing and provide customized QA solutions.
  • Present and showcase company services, case studies, and success stories to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals to close deals efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, driving high performance.
  • Train and develop team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with service offerings.
  • Stay informed on software testing trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.
  • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team for refining sales strategies.
  • Actively work towards achieving quarterly and yearly targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting goals.
  • Well experienced in working across US, Europe, UK, and Asian markets.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills for conducting initial calls with clients.
  • Ability to explore and learn new tools related to lead generation and business revenue.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT sales/business development, preferably in software testing services.
  • Strong understanding of QA services (Manual Testing, Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, etc.).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Well experienced in working across US, Europe, UK, and Asian markets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to explore and learn new tools related to lead generation and business revenue.
