Group Team Leader-Sales

Role & responsibilities

1. Drive telesales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and acquisition goals.
2. Oversee the design and execution of telesales campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
3. Regularly monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), and sales efficiency
4. Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing telesales teams, including managers and executives.
5. Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and regular feedback mechanisms.
6. Design and implement incentive structures and reward systems to motivate the team.
7. Provide training to the team on product, sales and compliance to ensure improved team capability and adherence to quality parameters

Preferred candidate profile

1.Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as Team Manager with Revenue accountability in Telesales set up in Capital Markets

3. Should have managed or should be able to manage TLs or Team Coaches

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
