Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.


Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing comprehensive information about our real estate offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and tours to showcase properties to potential buyers.


Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our real estate projects.
  • Address client queries and concerns to ensure a clear understanding of the offerings.


Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure successful transactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.


Documentation:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation for property transactions.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance our product offerings and sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:
For Freshers:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.


For Experienced Candidates:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.


Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver s license and own transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
