Job Description

Job Summary:


The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role involves strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and plan hiring accordingly.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance on goal-setting and career development.
    • Identify and address performance improvement needs.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Identify growth opportunities and create succession plans.
    • Promote a learning culture by organizing workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Regularly update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage documentation and records related to employment contracts and legal requirements.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and rewards programs.
    • Benchmark compensation packages to stay competitive in the market.
    • Monitor employee satisfaction with benefits and recommend improvements.
  7. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
    • Analyze workforce data to make informed decisions.
    • Lead organizational change initiatives and foster adaptability.
  8. HR Team Management:
    • Supervise and mentor HR team members.
    • Ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
