Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry best practices.
Sales Strategies: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase market penetration.
Professional Development: Stay proactive in personal and professional development to enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and sales techniques. Attend sales conferences, seminars, and workshops as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
