Solution Architect

• This is a Leadership role
• Design solutions for opportunities identified/ assigned by field Sales/ based on the RFQ/ tenders/ Clients
• Preparing detailed architecture for the proposed solution.
• Preparing Compliance statements
• Identifying the right product/ platform for the solution with cost optimization
• Translate business requirements into Technical/Software Requirements
• Discuss, identify, and propose the correct business solutions and advise on the architecture options, technologies, their impacts, and decisions.
• Work closely with the proposal engineer to develop a proposal, RFP responses, and Pre-sales Processes
• Talk to Sales/Business Development to understand upcoming business and technical requirements
• Define proof of concept projects/demos to enhance skills and competency in new technologies
• Co-ordination with technical/ execution team, Sales team, and customer
• Maintain and improve quality results by following standards, and recommending improvement policies and procedures.
• Understanding and documenting Client problems and feedback
• Proper handover of the Project to the execution team after receiving the order, where required
• Continuous improvement in the process to increase efficiency.
• Project management and coordination activities during execution with client and OSL execution team
• Work individually with clients and other team members
• Work with Sales Teams for customer assessment, requirement analysis, and customer technical meetings.
• Determine skill resource requirements, Effort Estimation timeline for meeting customer requirements
• Determine technical Risks, issues mitigation options/plans
• Resolve technical design conflicts/issues; provide technical leadership to the implementation team
• Making designs for proof of concepts using appropriate tools
• Preparing detailed architecture for the proposed solution.
• Identifying the right product/ platform for the solution with cost optimization

An ideal candidate shall be:

• 7 + years experienced in Product Engineering services

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Communication Engineering
