Key Account Executive

We are searching for communicative candidates who have excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as who are proactive and passionate about the companys product and the clients they serve.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Key Account Executives will act as a point of contact for our clients, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
2. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
3. Applicants should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organised with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Work actively as per the set SOPs as soon as a new client is onboarded.
5. Actively assisting clients with their requests and ensuring timelines are met.
6. Ensuring the work delivered is of the highest quality.
7. Evenly distribute workload amongst designers and fill in the shoes of Email Account Manager when they are on leave.
8. Be the go-to contact if Email Account Managers are unavailable for clients as well as the designing and development team.
9. Aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
10. Upselling to the existing clients, reporting and benchmarking.
11. Maintaining updated knowledge of the companys services.
