Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored wedding packages and services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the planning process.
- Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and professional growth.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
- Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
