Location : Dadar, Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business to net new and existing customers.
• Must have experience and willing to handle staff augmentation business.
• Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and customer references.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Understand each customers value drivers, technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Develop and execute sales plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth through demand generation, pipeline and opportunity management.
• Promote NeoSOFT's brand through the SAP ecosystem, social media, and by attending local events.
• Create and maintain relationships with customer/prospect key stakeholders including C-Level and VP and above executives.
