Operations Manager Medical:

Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Client Servicing for Pharmaceutical & Medical Marketing Projects
• Ensure scope consistency as agreed between the Business team and pharma client. SOW should be well defined and documented with the BD Team
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
• Track deadlines, dates for meetings and other pharma/medical events in assigned projects
• Gather understanding of a Clients Escalation Matrix for a project
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
• Create schedule and project timelines
• Define tasks and required resources
• Depute and manage project team
• Track deliverables
• Ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project outputs and deadlines
• Document all vendor information (contact details, pricing, work feedback) formally
• Become the reliable point of contact for each assigned customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
• Should be proficient in MS Office and other Project Management tools.

Experience:

• Business Operations: 5 years (Required)
• Pharma/Healthcare: 8 years (Required)
