Eligibility: B.Tech/BE students from reputed engineering colleges (2024 pass-out or 2025 batch)

About the Role

Looking for a dynamic and driven E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where youll gain hands-on experience managing operations both strategically and operationally. You’ll also be involved in day-to-day reporting, coordination, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:-

      1.    Operational Management:

      •     Assist in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order management processes, inventory coordination, and             coordination with Ventures Tech & Prod teams

      •     Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily operational tasks.

      2.    Strategic Contributions:

      •     Support the team in identifying gaps in operational processes and suggest areas for improvement.

      •     Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization strategies.

      3.    Data Management & Reporting:

      •     Generate daily/weekly reports and provide insights based on key operational metrics.

      •     Maintain data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.

      4.    Coordination & Collaboration:

      •     Liaise with internal stakeholders for seamless operations.

      •     Monitor order fulfillment and resolve operational bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Skills Required :-

      •     Education: B.Tech/BE students from a reputed engineering college (2024 pass-out or 2025 batch).

      •     Skills & Competencies:

      •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      •     Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and supply chain management is a plus.

      •     Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.

      •     Excellent communication and coordination skills.

      •     A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a detail-oriented mindset.
