Role & responsibilities

1. Need to have good communication skills

2. Job knowledge on NACH activities like Mandate and Transaction processing as a sponsor bank and destination Bank

3. Job knowledge on various mandate types.

4. Need to have application testing skills for NACH application

5. Need to coordinate with IT for changes required, UAT and implementation skills.

6. Account reconciliation / Settlement entries posting.

7. Escalation critical instances to be reported.

8. Coordination with regulatory bodies like NPCI

9. Audit Compliance

10. Pro-active involvement in customisation of product delivery

11. Ensuring timely MIS and resolution of customer queries as per SLA

12. Interacting with Application vendor/ Internal IT/Product/Business Team/Customers to ensure smooth operation.

13. Actively involve with management for evolving new products/processes.

14. Ensuring BCP

15. Writing processes, circulars wherever required for all the above portfolios.

16. Client handling and escalation management.

17. Monthly MIS to Business/Ops

18. Effective implementation of any other role assignment by management from time to time
