Sales Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline data and revenue forecasts.
• Preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools, Creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations,
• Help with sales enablement materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist Sales and Support teams in determining customer outreach methods,
• Driving sales teams with incentives, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Monitor and assist sales Leaders with regular input metrics -

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills,
• Ability to perform advanced computing functions,
• Familiarity with databases and sales CRM,
• Well versed with MS Office including Access, Excel, and Google Sheets,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
