Job Description
Associate OPS Business Technology Liaison II
We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Business Technology Liaison II, to join our Sanctions Operations QA team. This role is located in Pune / Maharashtra Hybrid.
In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct QA reviews of sanctions operations L1 and L2 alert dispositions for static and transactional sanctions hits
- Document and report any defects or issues discovered during the review process, providing clear descriptions and relevant details for each defect or issue.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- At least 3 years of financial crime-related alert review experience (with a preference for sanctions alerts) or testing/QA experience
- Strong understanding of fundamental test/QA processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization
