Company Profile:

Delhi Airport Parking Services Private Limited (DAPS) is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) specifically incorporated in 2010 to finance, develop, construct, operate and maintain the car parking facility, left luggage facility and entry ticket facility at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, with majority stake holding of GMR group.

The journey began in 2010 with the launch of operations at Terminals 1 and 2, followed by the establishment of the Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) facility at Terminal 3 (T3), setting the foundation for DAPS integrated parking solutions. In 2011, the company expanded its offerings to include visitor entry and left luggage services, further enhancing the convenience for the passengers. The Park n Fly service available at each Terminal offers customers the convenience of booking parking space in advance.

Job Description

Operations Management

• Oversee and conduct daily facility audits and ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Coordinate on ground with security, housekeeping, PMS vendor etc. and report any deviations from SLAs to the reporting manager.
• Follow up on previous shift open points for speedy closure of customer impacting issues.
• Implement initiatives to optimize traffic flow and minimize congestion at entry/exit points and collaborate with IT to maintain high lane availability and ensure smooth entry/exit processes.

Revenue assurance & Reporting

• Conduct regular cash audits to verify cash handling practices and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Support revenue enhancement by conducting enforcement drive on unauthorized parking.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily reports to the Manager, covering revenue governance, training, cash audits etc.

Customer Experience

• Address customer grievances by conducting thorough investigation and whenever needed for necessary action to be taken to ensure timely closure and resolution.
• Process FAS Tag refund forms for cases of double deduction to enhance customer service and ensure prompt issue resolution.

SOP Compliance

• Conduct daily audits of food outlets to enforce hygiene & safety standards ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining public health.

Staff Management & Training

• Ensure effective Shift Management and deployment of staff.
• Conduct monthly SOP training.
• Mentor team members to support their professional growth & development.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• People and crowd management
• Exposure to Facility Management
• Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience preferably in Parking, Hotel/Mall, etc.
• Airlines, Airport experience would be an added advantage.
