Job Description
- Assisting Corporate with Travel related services, booking Domestic & International Ticketing, Hotels, Cars, Trains, Visa etc.
- Knowledge in handling bookings in OBT.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo)
- Must have experience in Group Booking
- Making reservations & Ticketing for Corporate.
- Solving the employees queries via email & on the telephone.
- Experienced in handling Visa
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be from Travel domain only.
- Min 3+ Yrs of experience in handling travel.
- Experience in Implant is added advantage knowledge of Intl and Dom Ticketing, Hotel & Car booking, Visa, Passport, Forex etc.
- Open to working in shifts
- Open to extend the work hours as and when necessary.
- Proficiency in English / Hindi and local language
Note: This is a 1 year contract role.
