About the Company:
It is a leading company specializing in cutting-edge content management and sales enablement solutions. We are looking for a Team Manager (Sales) to drive strategy, execution, and performance in our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and enhance team performance through data-driven insights.
- Reporting: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: Support the team in achieving targets through coaching and strategic guidance.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to refine sales tactics, optimize processes, and forecast revenue.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Team Building & Leadership: Train, and mentor sales professionals to scale the team's success.
- End-to-End Project Execution: Oversee project success, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing OKRs and overall engagement strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years in sales management, team leadership, or business development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills for process optimization.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Working Hours
5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Fully remote position with the requirement to be available during these hours.
