OpenEnvoy - Senior Product Designer - User-Centered Design (9-13 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead in the design of intuitive concepts and solutions across the entire product experience.

- Own execution for the design of big-vision initiatives alongside incremental improvements.

- Manage the end-to-end design of projects - from concept through production, development, launch, and beyond.

- Ship product continuously.

- Continuously improve product design quality standards and contribute towards an evolved future vision for the product.

- Drive & help facilitate design org visibility, communication, and best practices.

- Motivate teammates, mentor, and provide productive feedback to peer designers.

- Collaborate with and learn from a cross-functional team of rockstars and product industry veterans.

- Develop and lead customer and user research initiatives to inform how we improve the product.

- Organise, lead and facilitate team and customer UX working sessions, critiques, workshops, and design sprints.

- Approach design solutions by prioritizing KPIs, customer and user value realization, and business objectives.

Wear many hats :

- Pitch in on whatever it takes to quickly deliver value for our users and customers.

- Be a brand steward - ensure our brand promise and story are consistently represented throughout the customer journey.

- Represent company design org values in the company and industry through blog posts, speaking engagements, presentations, and recruiting efforts.

Requirements :

- At least 8+ years experience as an individual contributor Product Designer.

- Experience with Fintech and enterprise SaaS product design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work on multiple successfully shipped products.

- Proven expertise with user-centered design principles, methods, and standards.

- Exceptional, contemporary visual design skills related to typography, composition, imagery, color, etc.

- Proven expertise with interaction and visual design standards for web and native mobile apps.

- Extensive experience creating or managing product design systems.

- Expert in product design tools for creation, prototyping, motion, and file management.

- Demonstrated ability to document and communicate processes effectively, facilitating alignment among stakeholders and teams.

- Extensive experience with product teams in a dynamic, agile environment.

- Experience with data visualization and analytics product design.

- Experience with motion design for apps is a plus

Tools & Technologies :

- Proven experience with design tools like Figma and Photoshop (essential).

- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Adobe XD) (a plus).

- Working knowledge of design systems and UI component libraries (a plus).

- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive design (a plus).
