We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, with proven expertise in industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Job Overview :

As a UI/UX Designer at The Marcom Avenue, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities :

- User-Centered Design : Design and develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- User Research & Analysis : Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze research data to inform design decisions.

- Information Architecture : Develop sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture diagrams to structure content and ensure easy navigation.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user interactions.

- UI Design : Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices in typography, color, and layout.

- Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

- Accessibility : Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards to create inclusive experiences for all users.

- Technical Proficiency : Utilize and stay up-to-date with best practices in Material Design, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Design System Contribution : Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.

- Continuous Improvement : Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : BTech or Graduate in a relevant field

- Experience : 7 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.

- Software Proficiency : Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.

- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage. Proficiency in Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material Design, and WCAG accessibility standards is required.

- Design Principles : Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.

- Collaboration Skills : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and demonstrating your design process
