Job Title: Recruiter Intern
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 15,000 18,000 Per Month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment process and have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in sourcing, screening, and on-boarding talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Assist in creating job postings and descriptions.
• Provide support in managing recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies.
• Engage with candidates to provide feedback and updates on their application status.
• Assist in the on boarding process of new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
