Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives, build long-lasting client relationships, and spearhead new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue goals, leading high-performance teams, and fostering partnerships that deliver mutual value.
Mandatory : Candidate current experience should be from Account Farming / Account Mining.
He must have experience handling topline, Bottomline & P/L. He should be a client facing person.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to deliver results.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
Ensure proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client expectations.
