Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Automotive Engineering to lead product development, vehicle integration, and program management. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills and a proven track record in new product development (NPD), cost control (VA/VE), vendor development, and project execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Development: Oversee vehicle architecture, design milestones, and industrialization for automotive interior products.
• Program & Project Management: Drive timing, quality, cost, and weight (QCDP) metrics, ensuring seamless program execution.
• Cost Reduction & Localization: Execute VA/VE strategies to achieve annual cost savings targets.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Engage in global sourcing, supplier audits, and techno-commercial negotiations for localization.
• Engineering Excellence: Lead design reviews, CAD & PLM implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory & safety standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with studio, suppliers, and internal teams for flawless execution.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Process & Quality Improvement: Implement best practices, problem-solving techniques (DFMEA, GD&T, CAE, Mold Flow), and engineering change management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Automotive Interior Product Design & Engineering (Dashboard, Console, Trim, HVAC, Seating, etc.)
• New Product Development (NPD) & Vehicle Integration
• Program & Project Management (Agile Methodology, GPDS, ANPQP, VA/VE)
• Supplier Development & Cost Optimization
• Proficiency in CAD/PLM Tools (CATIA V5, AutoCAD, Pro-E, UG NX, ANSYS, MasterCAM, DelCAM)
• Global Exposure & Client Coordination
