Hr Executive And Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across verticals.
• Participate in developing; enhancing the recruitment procedures.
• Maintaining the Recruitment & Resume Dashboard along with other related reports.
• Maintaining the open position on the company website, social media pages & hiring portals.
• Keeping pace with HR trends, and best practices.
• Keeping in touch with the team leads on the hiring front reducing the Cost of closures via
• Vendors.
• Ensuring the hiring engagement via Referral policy Sending referral emails weekly basis.
• Campus Hiring- Creating the pipeline of the colleges, maintaining the relationship with them to
• create a pool of prosperous candidates in terms of interns

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
