Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years of
experience in an advertising agency to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will
play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing strategic advertising campaigns,
and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Content and Campaign Strategy:
- Formulate, curate, create, and devise engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant platforms for assigned brands.
Digital Presence Management:
- Manage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of online media properties.
Platform Engagement:
- Engage hands-on across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and forums.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements, fostering strong team partnerships.
Strategy Formulation:
- Assist in strategy development by providing creative input for campaigns, based on primary experience with online consumers and the brand.
- Performance Analysis:
Prepare analysis, review, and reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of social and digital media strategies.
Qualifications:
• Post Graduate, Graduate, or holder of a UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing
Communication, Advertising, or equivalent.
• Certification in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or Ecommerce is a plus.
• 1-3 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency.
Technical Skills:
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing, with an understanding of the
latest industry trends and marketing campaigns.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and collaborative skills.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with team members.
• Keen attention to detail.
