Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer (Banking and Finance Industry)

Job Description:

• Craft engaging and high-quality static and dynamic social media creatives that maintain the brand aesthetics.
• Edit long and short form videos for social media, company website or specific company events.
• Translate complex financial information into visually compelling designs that catch the eye and are suited to a non-technical audience.
• Manage the workload of creating 100+ creatives each month for social media.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams and external partners to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions in a timely manner.
• Undertake multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Experience:

• Basic understanding of UX in design.
• Proficiency in design software for social media content (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with video editing to create short videos for social media or long form videos for company events or company website.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating impactful visuals for reels, case studies, blog posts relevant to the banking/finance industry or materials for company events.
• Awareness of current B2B design trends and the ability to apply them strategically to create visually compelling and on-brand materials.
