Onix Renewable is looking for skilled professionals to join our Underground Cable Projects team in Gujarat. The designation (VP/Manager) will be determined based on experience and expertise.

🔹 Job Roles & Responsibilities:

🔸 Project Leadership & Execution:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of underground cable installation projects.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to streamline project workflow.
• Address and resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges proactively.

🔸 Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to local and national electrical regulations, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for project approvals, inspections, and certifications.

🔸 Resource & Team Management:

• Manage and mentor on-site teams, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Optimize resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management for efficient project execution.
• Foster a culture of team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🔸 Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Develop and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring no compromise on quality and safety.
• Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, and financial status to senior management.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

For Manager-Level Roles:

✅ Experience: 5-6 years in underground cable projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of power cable laying, trenching, jointing, and testing.
✅ Hands-on experience with contractor/vendor coordination and site supervision.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and solve on-site challenges.

For Senior/VP-Level Roles:

✅ Experience: 10+ years with leadership in underground cable projects.
✅ Expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and high-value project management.
✅ Strong stakeholder management with experience handling large-scale projects and teams.
✅ Proven ability to optimize costs, timelines, and operational efficiency.
