Admin Executive

Role & responsibilities

•    Providing administrative support and ensuring smooth running of the HR department.
•    Handling day-to-day admin responsibilities of the Office.
•    Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.
•    Ensure periodic servicing and renewal of all assets.
•    Vendor Management like: stationary, IT. 
•    Planning, arranging, and coordinating office events.

Preferred candidate profile

•      Must have a graduation degree.
•      Good written and verbal communication skills.
•      Basic knowledge of the Administration process.
•      Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
