Job Description:

We're hiring a dynamic Advertiser Sales Manager with expertise in BFSI/Finance sectors, campaign models (CPL, CPA, CPM, etc.), Meta Ads, and Programmatic Ads. The role involves client acquisition, managing relationships, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

- Onboard new clients and build long-term relationships.

- Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth campaign launches.

- Monitor sales performance and provide insights.

Key Requirements:

- Experience with Meta Ads, Programmatic Ads, CPL, CPA models.

- Knowledge of platforms like Trackier, Hasoffers, Appsflyer, Branch.

- Proven ability to bring in new business opportunities.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
