Medical Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets for assigned products in the territory.
  
• Develop strong relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals through regular visits and meetings.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations, provide scientific information, and address queries to promote brand awareness and increase sales.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels using CRM software (e.g., MS Office).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or promotions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in pharma selling or medical representative role.
  
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective doctor acquisition and activation efforts.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
