Job Description : Sr. Business Development Manager (Mumbai, Pune, Chennai Location ).
- As a Sr Manager Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the IT services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical, project management, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms of agreements with clients.
- Close deals by addressing client concerns, managing objections, and demonstrating the value of our IT services.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience to 15+ years in business development, IT Sales or BDM in Staff Augumentation, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:.
- Deep understanding of IT services, including software development, IT consulting, and managed services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
