About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for successfully closing inbound deals from new prospects while identifying growth opportunities within high-value accounts.
- Your efforts will help drive new business acquisition and ongoing account expansion, ensuring long-term client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for closing inbound leads at a high conversion rate by thoroughly understanding client needs, educating them on how OnceHub's solutions can address their challenges, and ensuring prompt, high-quality follow-ups to maintain engagement and drive successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.
- Work closely with clients to ensure renewals, retention, and continued product usage.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to address client challenges and optimize solutions.
- Leverage CRM tools and data to track client interactions, identify opportunities, and assess client health.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing them with insights, best practices, and support in maximizing the value they gain from our solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales in the SaaS industry.
- Strong track record in managing client relationships and providing excellent client service.
- Experience in identifying upsell opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to provide the best client experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant tools for managing client relationships.
