Manager - Client Relationship - Retail/FMCG (2-5 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Campaign Manager to oversee CRM operations, with a strong focus on user activation and retention strategies. Leveraging CleverTap, you will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that enhance user engagement and drive measurable growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Plan and execute recurring, moment-based, and exclusive campaigns to enhance user activation, retention, and experience.

- Design user activation and onboarding campaigns tailored to various stages of the user journey.

- Develop content strategies for transactional, promotional, and informational campaigns that maximize user retention and growth.

CRM Operations:

- Execute multi-channel campaigns, including Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp, SMS, App Inbox, and Web Push.

- Optimize key engagement and retention metrics through data-backed decision-making.

- Implement and refine user journey frameworks to boost habit formation and user delight.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align product appeal, creatives, and communication.

- Oversee end-to-end creative conceptualization and creation with the design team.

Measurement & Analytics:

- Monitor sender reputations, inbox placements, and conversion optimization.

- Track conversion rates from Push Notifications and SMS campaigns to drive continuous improvements.

- Work closely with the Data team to identify insights, implement learnings, and refine strategies to achieve business objectives.

Basic Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in CRM campaign management.

- Hands-on expertise in using CleverTap for campaign execution and analytics.

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
