Electrical technician (11kv license holder)

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Electrical Technician with an 11KV license to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in our solar installations. Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 11KV electrical systems, switchgear, and distribution panels.
Perform routine inspections to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of electrical equipment.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for electrical systems to optimize plant efficiency.
Adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all equipment complies with relevant standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
Provide timely reports to the management team regarding system status and required upgrades.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technical staff to ensure seamless project execution.
Train and guide junior technicians or apprentices as needed.

requirements
Valid 11KV Electrical License (mandatory).
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 of experience in electrical operations, preferably in solar or renewable energy sectors.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work in field environments and adapt to dynamic project needs.
