Job Description

Designation : Travel Desk Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15k-20k

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. As an Admin Intern, you will support various office operations and assist with general administrative duties to help ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, and transportation) for the team, ensuring all travel details are well-coordinated.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for senior staff.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring a well-maintained and comfortable work environment.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, track inventory levels, and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of welcome kits for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to start their journey with the company.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of internal office events, meetings, and travel logistics as required.
  • Assist with any special projects or tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with office management or administrative tasks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office software or management systems (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). 🎓
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 📊🖥️
