Travel Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
• Offer recommendations for suitable travel packages or customized itineraries.

• Travel Planning:
• Research and create tailored travel itineraries that meet clients' requirements.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, and other travel-related services.
• Advise clients on necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) and vaccinations.

• Customer Service:
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking process and during their trip.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after travel.
• Provide information about travel insurance options and help clients purchase them if necessary.

• Travel Arrangements & Reservations:
• Make bookings through online travel platforms.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed and meet client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, airline regulations, and special offers.

• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote travel deals, packages, and services to attract clients.
• Stay informed about industry promotions and seasonal discounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
