Your Responsibilities:

💼 Real-Time Accounting:

• Maintain accurate accounts in Tally and ensure precision in all financial transactions.

📄 Transaction Management:

• Oversee all accounting transactions including issuing debit notes, credit notes, purchase orders, and invoices.

📊 Financial Reporting:

• Generate and manage petty cash reports, and handle account reconciliations (payables & receivables).

🏦 Payment Processing:

• Ensure timely payments to banks, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining financial integrity.

📚 Project Accounting:

• Maintain accurate ledgers for various projects, managing cost categories and cost centers.

📑 Compliance Handling:

• Manage compliance-related tasks, filing, and documentation as per company requirements.

What We're Looking For:

🔑 Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

📈 Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts or finance roles.

💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime preferred, Tally ERP 9 required).
• Solid understanding of GST and returns.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements under the Companies Act.
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel & Word).
