Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI to lead data-driven projects that address complex healthcare challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models, leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and utilizing MLOps to optimize and scale solutions in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Machine Learning & AI Development :
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to address healthcare-specific challenges, such as patient care optimization, resource allocation, and disease progression forecasting.
- Leverage deep learning frameworks, generative AI techniques, and RAG to create innovative healthcare solutions, including but not limited to LLM-powered tools for clinical decision support or automated patient engagement systems.
Data Analysis & Insights :
- Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare datasets to uncover actionable insights that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT, to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
MLOps & Scalability :
- Implement machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring to ensure scalability and reliability in production environments.
Collaboration & Leadership :
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure data science initiatives align with strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's, Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in data science, with a focus on healthcare.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies (e., OpenAI GPT, BERT, DALL-E).
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for building scalable, context-aware AI systems.
- Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) tools and practices (e., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R; experience with SQL and big data tools (e., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
